IDS Doors have extensive experience in dealing with large and small warehouse roller shutter fit outs, repairs and servicing. Having dealt with a large variety of projects across Melbourne and surrounding areas, IDS Doors are able to ensure that your project is completed in a smooth manner from supply to installation, even providing preventative maintenance servicing contracts as required.
Our warehouse roller shutters are manufactured from high quality, locally sourced steel and customers have the option to powder coat them, selecting from a large range of colours, as well as opting for a natural galvanised look.
Not only are our warehouse roller doors aesthetically pleasing, they also provide additional security to your warehouse. Our slats interlock, enhancing the strength and security of the door, as well as enabling the replacement of only damaged slats on impacted / damaged doors, which is very cost effective, both financially and environmentally.
IDS Doors manufacture all our industrial warehouse roller doors out of our Melbourne based factory, enabling us to produce warehouse roller doors that cater to your individual project’s requirements.
IDS Doors offer the followingslat profile options; 50mm, 75mm, 100mm and 130mm in gauges 0.8mm or 1.0mm. Along with these profile options, customers have the ability to enhance vision and/or air flow by opting to slot the above profile options or by choosing our perforated slats, which are available in our 75mm and 100mm profiles. This option is highly utilised in car parks and warehouses wishing to have vision panels installed.
Our warehouse doors come assembled with nylon end clips, however, if you have a larger roller door, your warehouse is located in a high wind area or you are wanting to further enhance security of your warehouse, you can opt to have your warehouse roller shutter wind locked. Wind locks are manufactured to secure your warehouse door into the specialised guides, ultimately locking the door into place.
Along with the nylon end clips, our standard warehouse roller doors are fitted with an aluminium bottom rail with a weather seal. The weather seal helps to reduce the wind, dust and rain from entering under the door, further securing the contents of your warehouse. However, bottom rails are not limited to aluminium, we also provide steel bottom rails, tapered bottom rails and powder coated bottom rails. Sick of having your warehouse doors hit, you may want to look into fitting a Safety Yellow powder coated bottom rail? Feel free to contact our friendly team, if you wish to further discuss any of these options.
Our warehouse roller doors are manufactured to suit their preferred function, either low or high cycle use, ensuring durability and high functionality. Whether you are looking for a motorised warehouse roller shutter, or the option to operate the roller shutter smoothly via hand, we can assist. Offering a large selection of motors and motorised options including springless drums.
